Emirates Loto refund Extension

Emirates Loto have extended the period for claiming a refund from their now suspended draw, and we have to wonder if it will ever resume.
You can now claim a refund up until 30th September 2020. After that any of the unscratched collectable cards will not gain you entry into a Loto draw.
Online purchases can be refunded through the website. Whilst physical purchases from shops can be returned to

Some people have been trying to return Emirates Loto collectable cards that have already been scratched off. Naturally these will not be refunded
